Persistently, my tears are flowing like a river
So fresh and lively like a stream
Away from me; death snatched him
I wish I could loudly scream

Death comes at the bloom of life
Sorrow interrupts joy’s peak
Could death give the explanation?
Of something again in my life to seek

I wish I could go beyond with him
Together to establish another life
Where death could no longer reach
Where love abides with no strife

Clearer it has become to me
That my beloved has gone and gone forever
Flashing back to the past days
My tears run like a river

In love and cheers he bade me farewell
As I astonishingly got lost in my pocket
My heart pondering and beating aloud
But with smiles he slumps and kicked the bucket

Death is a mystery
It comes when it wills
At her arrival; no excuse
Only prepare to climb the eternal hills.
