Love Comes When We’re Done

Love is different and unique
No rules, no guide, no rush
When you rush love
You’ll soon rush out
We’ll never get it better in a rush

Love will find you anywhere
Maybe not soon but later
When your efforts have failed
When feeling rejected and dejected
Never you go out looking for love.

Love comes home in a ripe time
Patience is needed
If you beat love to succumb
Love will fight back

And conspire to haunt you

Love comes when you’re done
When it comes, it comes to stay
Never to look back
To take account of the past
It comes with warm secure embrace

Let love count, let love stay
Some distractions might try to break it
But they’ll soon lose interest and leave
If you guard your love with healthy jealousy
That’ll tell your beautiful love story abroad
